Room for Everyone is a rhyming, counting book about a brother and sister taking a daladala ride from Stonetown to Nungwi beach in Zanzibar. The story is based on my own super fun (and very crowded) trip! Want to join the fun? Get the book and come along for the ride!
This story was inspired by my experiences traveling in Zanzibar. Below are a few pictures from my visits.

Room for Everyone is the first book I’m getting published BUT the first book I ever wrote was when I was 9 years old! My grandfather had passed away and my cousins and I decided to write a biography about him. We interviewed family members, shared ideas, wrote a few drafts, had family members take a look and then finally sent it to a printing shop for printing.
I read a lot when I was a kid but here are a few books that I read over and over and over again, and that have traveled with me from place to place. Do any of them look familiar to you?
